We are completely flexible with your event to make it as easy as possible and to cater to your needs.

Below are our F&B options to choose from.

 

Option 1:

Cash bar where guests pay their own drinks with a minimum spend guaranteed. You can add food from our function pack. 

 

Option 2: 

Bar tab to your nominated amount with a minimum spend guaranteed. If your tab runs out, you can top up OR move to a cash bar. You can add food from our function pack

Option 3 (most popular):

Selection of unlimited drinks packages from the below options. these include food options also.

  • BASIC BEVERAGE PACKAGE INCLUDES 

       (House beer, Wine, Sparkling, Non alcoholic)

  • Beverage upgrade to imported beer, premium wine and cider for $10pp

  • SPIRITS + $35pp (3hr cruise)

  • Cocktails and slushies available at the bar

  • FOOD UPGRADE + $5pp

  • (minimum 20 people)

Please allow a venue hire fee of $200 per hour for Citrus Lady and $250ph for Carol Dee. This covers: Wharf booking fees, fuel, cleaning, set up/pack down and is in addition to the minimum food and beverage spends.

NB: Subject to management discretion, security may be required for any cruise over 30PAX at $65ph per guard for safety of guests and crew.
